This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. While a Class 2 Licence is required, this role is not solely a driving position. The focus is on providing outstanding service, coordinating catering deliveries, liaising with airline crews and operational teams, and ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
Candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, transport, logistics, retail, or other customer-facing industries are encouraged to apply.

- Support the onsite operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.
- Complete operational paperwork, checklists, and reporting accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures, airport security requirements, and airside driving regulations.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service at all times.
Key Requirements
- Full Class 2 Driver License required.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in hospitality, aviation, logistics, transport, retail, or another customer-focused environment.
- Experience as a driver in any industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to build positive relationships with airline crews, customers, and operational teams.
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills.
- Experience operating a high lift truck is advantageous, or willingness to be trained.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, takes pride in providing excellent service, and can represent our client professionally.
