Customer Service Clerk (5.5 days, Alt Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls of telephone hotline;
• Handle enquireis from customers;
• Provide after-sales service to customers;
• Handle complaints from customers;
• Perform general clerical and administrative support;
• Ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• F5/DSE or equivalent;
• 1 years experience or above;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, proactive, patient and courteous;
• Conscientious, responsible, mature, independent, able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Office, Chinese input and ERP
