Customer Service Clerk

As a Customer Service Clerk you will play a key role in supporting our major customers and ensuring a smooth logistics experience from start to finish. You’ll handle important tasks and you’ll also help explore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships, making you an essential part of Dimerco’s growth. Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience in logistics operations and customer service (preferred)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.
6. Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to major customers and help identify new business opportunities
2. Manage EDI lodgment for e-manifests
3. Utilize the company’s Value+ system efficiently and effectively
4. Assist with daily operations including billing and documentation
5. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
