Customer Service Clerk

Major Duties:

• Enter shipment information into the system accurately and keep records up to date.
• Prepare shipment files and related documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding pickup arrangements and shipment documents.
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate packing and cargo collection.
• Send shipment updates and required information to overseas offices.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of shipment tracking and delivery coordination is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems and tools.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude when dealing with customers and team members.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stay organized, manage tasks effectively, and pay attention to details.
