About the role
A Customer Services Clerk role responsible for handling customer enquiries, requests, complaints and administrative support to the service center team.
Key responsibilities
- Promptly handle all customers enquiries and requests, as well as to solve the problems and complaints from customers via greeting, inbound calls, email or social media platforms
- Answer incoming phone enquiries and serve the walk-in customers politely to display professional image
- Data input to maintain and update in system correctly and timely
- Provide all-rounded administrative and clerical support to team responsible for service center in daily operation
About you
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service area, preferably in retail services industry
- Responsible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available highly preferred
