CUSTOMER SERVICE

Totalmen (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as an Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer leads via WhatsApp
• Handle order confirmations and customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and sales support
• Build good relationships with customers
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with customers
• Achieve sales targets and KPI set by the company

Requirements

• Candidate between 22 – 30 (most preffered)
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is REQUIRED
• Must own a personal laptop
• Good command of English
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

• Salary: RM1,700 – RM4,000 (Basic + Commission + Bonus)

• Saturday – Thursday
