We are currently looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Job Descriptions:

• Manage domestic and international hotel reservations from a travel agent or corporate
• Provide fast service in answering customer queries via phone, emails, and chat
• Investigate customer issues to find root cause, and offer solutions
• Confidence to follow up with hotels for room availability

Requirements:

1. Work opportunity in Yogyakarta
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
3. Preferably fluent in English for conversation with overseas travel agents, hotels, and suppliers
4. Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience as Reservation Staff
5. Have a background on Travel industry or Hotelier will be an advantage
6. Willing to work in weekly shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays as per the shift.
