- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries and logistics services.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any delays or issues.
- Assist in preparing quotations, service proposals, and billing-related inquiries when needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Provide Rates / Quotations to the clients via FCL, LCL and AIR:
- Receive, process, and monitor customer bookings, orders, and service requests.
- Sending weekly Flyers
