Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience handling calls, chats, and emails
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Willing to attend required in-person training
Training requirement
- Employees are required to come to the office in Makati every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 3 PM for training..
