- Berpengalaman dalam menangani customer
- Komunikatif dan ramah
- Teliti, responsif, dan bertanggung jawab
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Menerima dan mencatat order dari customer.
- Menerima serta menangani komplain dari customer.
- Memantau proses pesanan customer hingga selesai.
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian terkait mengenai pesanan customer.
- Memberikan informasi terkait status pesanan kepada customer.
