Respond to online inquiries regarding products and the shopping process
Handle customer phone calls
Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products
Handle customer complaints and provide the best solutions promptly
Possess strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate effective time management and basic computer typing skills
Proficiency in Chinese or dialects; strong teamwork skills
Experience not required—training provided for those willing to learn
Work in a quiet, comfortable, air-conditioned office
