About the role
This role involves providing comprehensive support to clients in a financial trading environment, managing inquiries across multiple channels, and assisting with platform navigation and account management.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client questions via live chat and email regarding trading conditions and general inquiries
- Guide new users through account registration, identity checks (Know Your Customer), and document collection
- Help clients navigate and use trading software like MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 (MT4/MT5)
- Assist with deposit and withdrawal requests, coordinating with finance or banking partners
- Report technical bugs to IT or escalate compliance and risk issues to the relevant internal teams
About you
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, ideally within financial services, fintech, or FX/CFD brokerages
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and CRM or helpdesk ticketing systems
- Fluency in Tagalog and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and professional communication
