About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, providing product and service information, and supporting customers throughout their journey with us. You will also engage with customers from different markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with customers, understands their needs, and is able to provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience across inbound calls, live chats, and emails.
• Convert cold-flow ad leads into high-converting sales across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong markets.
• Provide accurate product/service consultation while building long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage high-volume customer touchpoints.

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• At least 2–3 years in a customer experience / contact centre / sales environment (Automotive industry experience is a welcome advantage)
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Chinese and Cantonese, both spoken and written, as the role involves supporting customers from Malaysia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong customers.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and a hybrid work arrangement.
