Customer Service

Duties & responsibilities

1. Handling day to day customer service operations to support customer requirements.
2. Handling customer request and complaints. Provide solutions to customer.
3. Communicate with internal section to fulfill customer requirements and complaints.
4. Daily and weekly Rescheduling report in Excel format and in customer portal or Website.
5. Plan ahead before public / factory holiday to fulfill customer requirements.
6. Operations process improvement to minimize manual task handling.
7. Prepare report requested by management as well as customer.

Working Conditions

1. 100% WFH (Location :  Based in Penang or Mainland Only)

2 . Working hour follow Germany time zone and follow Germany Public Holiday

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics

Minimum Experience Required:

1. Min 3 ~ 5 Years Working experience in sales related or manufacturing sector.
2. Preferably in Electronics sector or industry
3. Related Customer Service position in order management fulfillment / Production Planning

Skills Required:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word/ PPT) / SAP system / other order management system.
2. Basic Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms.

Competencies Required:

1. Communication and negotiations skills.
2. Manage collaborations with different level of subordinates to achieve the required outcomes.
3. Positive mindset and self-motivator personality.
