- Greet shoppers, answer general inquiries, and offer clear directions to stores, facilities, and events.
- Handle incoming phone calls, assist with lost and found items, and manage stroller or wheelchair rentals.
- Address customer feedback or concerns calmly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with mall promotions, redemption counters, seasonal events, and loyalty program sign-ups.
- Maintain basic awareness of safety guidelines and notify security or maintenance teams of any hazards or emergencies.
- Assist high-value shoppers with concierge services, gift card purchases, personal shopping inquiries, and reward redemptions.
- Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to report broken directory kiosks, cleanliness issues, or safety hazards to janitorial and maintenance teams immediately.
