CUSTOMER SERVICE

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to sales order acceptance policy, standard terms and conditions and sales administration requirement
• Handle related documentations including quotation, cost estimation sheet and etc.
• Provide fast response to customer enquiry and proactively manage order to meet committed delivery date and any special delivery requirement
• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with marketing/sales dept managers, sales executive, business development executive and cross-functional teams to resolve customer order related issues
• Follow up on outstanding issues and handle demanding customers with tact, taking ownership for customer satisfaction
• Assist marketing/sales dept managers, sales executive and business development executive in running day-to-day operations of the sales & marketing dept
• Commit to company rules and regulations towards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Meet performance goals including productivity, attendance, punctuality, good working attitude and discipline
• Carry out any other job functions or administration task assigned by management

About you

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field
• Preferably at least 1 year working experience in sales or related field
• Working knowledge of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia language
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Committed team player with pleasant personality and good working attitude
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation
• IT literate and able to work under pressure
