【Key Responsibilities】

• Manage and maintain dedicated communication channels for VIP users to build strong relationships; deliver personalized VIP services and promotional campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and engagement of high-value user communities (e.g., FB Groups, WhatsApp, etc.); plan and execute exclusive VIP community events, and independently handle copywriting and visual concepts for campaigns.
• Handle VIP customer inquiries and complaints professionally; timely identify major issues, assess severity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow through to resolution, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Proactively collect and analyze VIP user feedback and behavioral data to provide constructive insights for product optimization and operational strategies.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties related to operations or VIP customer service as assigned.

【Requirements】

• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Possess a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Highly resilient with the ability to handle complex situations, demonstrating excellent crisis management and high-tier customer pacification skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, VIP relationship management, community management, or game operations is highly preferred.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
