What they need
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are looking for a candidate to support customer service task.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Invoice, DO, SO & Quotation
Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp & email
Monitor stock & inventory
Arrange and coordinate delivery
Follow up on orders & delivery status
Coordinate with warehouse & logistics
Provide general admin & sales support
To perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Experience in Invoice, DO, SO & Quotation is required
Experience in stock/inventory and delivery coordination
Basic computer knowledge(Microsoft Office) , Accounting Software(AutoCount) & Social App will be an added advantage.
Responsible, organised and able to work independently
Willing to learn; relevant experience is an advantage
Preferably available to start immediately.
