About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing requests, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, social media, and walk-in clients
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all customer concerns are properly documented and endorsed to the appropriate department
• Receive and process customer orders, quotations, and service requests
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Warehouse, and Service departments regarding customer requests
• Monitor the status of customer orders and provide regular updates to customers
• Ensure complete and accurate customer information is encoded in the company system
• Maintain customer records, transaction history, and service requests
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure proper resolution

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales support experience is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite is an advantage
