Customer Service

We are seeking strong performers who are reliable and resiliant to work for this company leader located in Macquarie Park. The role will start on a temp basis with the view to turn perm within a 6 mth period of time.

This role includes:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
• Performing accurate data entry into SAP
• Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing
• Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
• Tracking orders and managing customer information
• Assisting with invoicing and geberal admin work

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders would be a benefit
• Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
• Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change
• A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded
• Experience using SAP is essential
