About the role

Join the customer service team at Sumitomo Bakelite Singapore Pte Ltd(Malaysia Branch Office), a leading manufacturer of advanced materials. In this full-time, office-based role in Damansara Uptown,Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely on customers’ requests on delivery schedule and prepare shipping documents (Sales order,Delivery order,Invoice) for customers
• Process customer orders and manage any necessary changes or updates
• Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and issues, working closely with other departments to ensure a positive outcome
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field

• Fresh graduate or with 1 to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply

• Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset

• Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive.A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

• A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
