Customer Service

Astral Cargo Express Inc. is looking for friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Staff to join our team. The role will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, coordinating shipment concerns, and providing quality support for daily logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate updates regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and company services.
• Handle calls, messages, emails, and walk-in client concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain proper records of customer transactions, inquiries, and updates.
• Support daily office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure customer concerns are handled in a timely, polite, and professional manner.
• Maintain a friendly, presentable, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Computer literate and organized.
• Friendly, presentable, and service-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned at San Dionisio, Parañaque City.
