What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- แนะนำข้อมูลและบริการของธนาคารกสิกรไทยใหักับลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางโทรศัพท์ และช่องทางอื่นๆของ KBank Contact Center
- รับฟังปัญหา/แก้ไขปัญญา/ข้อร้องเรียนให้กับลูกค้า และช่วยเหลือลูกค้าอย่างสุดความสามารถ เพื่อให้ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อติดตามผลการแก้ปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี เช่น การพูด การฟัง พร้อมให้บริการกับลูกค้าทุกระดับ
- สามารถรับแรงกดดัน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Microsoft Office)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- ตำแหน่งนี้ตรวจประวัติอาชญากรรม
