• Handle customer inquiries both offline and online through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
• Provide accurate information about services, packages, pricing, and booking procedures
• Assist customers with reservations and follow up on inquiries
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
• Coordinate with other team members to fulfill customer needs

About you

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• Experienced in handling customers both offline and online
• Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, proactive, and able to solve customer-related issues effectively
