Your Quote Mate® Ltd (Previously Property Care Hub) is looking for Outbound Phone Representatives (non-sales role) to join our growing remote team!

·       Full-time | Remote
₱30,000 monthly (Note: no benefits)

Overtime above 40 hours 1.5x wage and over 50 hours is double pay
Weekly pay - Fridays
Paid training & ongoing support

What you’ll do:
📞 Call UK tradespeople to offer free registration & free customer leads
📝 Record details and provide friendly support
🤝 Work with our UK & Philippine management team

NOTE: This is a non-sales role.  You are not asking for payments.  Calls typically last a couple of minutes and end with a yes or no.  This role involves giving away free leads to contractors without any obligation.  Consider it like handing out a free sample.

What we need:

• Strong English communication
• Reliable work-from-home setup

• Enthusiastic & Hungry
• Adaptable and self-motivated
• Positive with a willingness to learn

Bonus if you’re familiar with:

• Excel and sharing data files
• Cisco (Webex) dialler

Full training provided.

Your Mindset should be:

·       Welcomes Rejection: Getting rejected and hearing ‘no thanks’ is part of the game. Doesn’t take rejection personally and stays motivated for the next call.

🕓 Shifts are 4PM – 12AM Monday-Friday (PH time – adjustable for daylight saving time)

Your day would look like the following:

1 hour lunch break – mid shift

Half hour training, staff meeting and daily encouragement

Approx. 6.5 hours on phone
