About the role

Responsible for handling account opening and on-boarding customer KYC checking, customer due diligence, ad-hoc review, and customer information system maintenance. You will ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, review KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures, and handle customer enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, WeChat and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle account opening and on-boarding customer KYC checking
• Perform customer due diligence and ad-hoc review
• Maintain customer information systems
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Review KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, WeChat and other channels
• Cooperate with frontline and back offices to handle relevant projects
• Handle multiple tasks and manage projects simultaneously
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional phone and email etiquette with strong Cantonese and Mandarin skills
• Ability to multitask and articulate solutions clearly
• Patient, service-oriented, and calm under challenging situations, with prompt and proactive response time
• Proficient in standard office software and comfortable navigating CRM platforms
• Strong attention to details
• High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• Strict adherence to confidentiality
