✨ Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and social media
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Welcome and assist patients at the clinic
• Provide information about clinic services and pricing
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Handle payments and basic administrative tasks
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Support marketing activities and coordinate with external partners when needed

✅ Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Friendly, service-minded, and professional
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus
