In line with our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum.

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Customer Service, Customer Relations, Legal Administration, Legal Property, atau posisi sejenis.

• Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai hukum dan administrasi property menjadi nilai tambah.

• Familiar dengan dokumen/transaksi property seperti PPJB, AJB, SHM/HGB, serah terima unit, atau dokumen terkait property menjadi nilai tambah.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menjelaskan informasi secara jelas, sistematis, dan mudah dipahami customer.

• Memiliki kemampuan complaint handling dan problem solving yang baik.

• Mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan berbagai departemen dan stakeholder.

• Teliti dalam menangani dokumen dan data customer.

• Memiliki service orientation, interpersonal skill, dan negotiation skill yang baik.

• Mampu bekerja dengan target, deadline, dan dalam situasi yang membutuhkan respons cepat.

• Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Word dan Excel.

• Memiliki attitude yang baik.

• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
