Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between our accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, and other operational teams.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders on documents, queries, job progress, and deadlines.
• Follow up on outstanding information, documents, and replies to prevent unnecessary delays.
• Track job progress and highlight overdue matters or potential bottlenecks to the relevant team or management.
• Keep clients informed of progress and direct technical questions to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, pending matters, and agreed actions.
• Assist with client onboarding, meeting arrangements, and coordination of service requirements.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proficiency in spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
2. Clear communication skills, with the ability to follow up professionally and tactfully.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. A proactive and responsible approach, with consistent follow-through.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities deadlines, and work closely with different teams.
6. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and task management tools.
7. Experience in client servicing, administration, or coordination is an advantage. Familiarity with an accounting or professional services firm would be helpful.
