Key Information

• Work Location: In-office at Ari Bangkok (Full-time)
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week, shift rotation
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English
• Age: 20 - 30 years old
• Experience Level: Experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions about products, placing order, and shipping via live chat, email, and social media (non-voice).
• Solve Problems: Listen to customer complaints kindly and fix issues quickly.
• Keep Records: Type details of customer requests and orders accurately into our online system.

Job Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
• Education: Open to all educational backgrounds.
• Experience: Prior experience in online sales, retail, or call centers is a plus, but not required.
• Technical Skills: Good computer skills, fast typing, and the ability to learn new chat software quickly.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shift times and commit to a 6-day work week.
