Customer Service

Job Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service & Communication

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and email
• Attend to customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Follow up with customers and coordinate internally to ensure issues are resolved

1. Billing & Payment Follow-Up

• Prepare and issue invoices and related billing documents
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and customer payment status
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payments and follow-up actions

1. Operations Coordination

• Coordinate and arrange manpower mobilization for service, maintenance and site requirements
• Liaise with technical and operation teams on customer requests and work arrangements
• Follow up on scheduled jobs and service activities

1. Administration & Documentation

• Prepare, organize and maintain company and project documentation
• Assist with filing, reports and general administrative duties
• Perform stock checking and inventory record updates

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, organized and able to follow up on tasks independently

• Customer-oriented with a positive working attitude

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in customer service, administration or operations coordination is an advantage
