Customer Service

About the role

The role will be the main point of contact for customers and will coordinate closely with engineers and technicians to arrange appointments, provide service updates, and ensure customer requests are properly followed up.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Process service requests
• Schedule engineering and technical service jobs
• Arrange appointments with engineers and technicians
• Provide service updates to customers
• Follow up on customer requests

About you

• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese
• Friendly, patient, and professional when dealing with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple service requests and appointments
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Basic computer skills and able to use email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office
• Customer service, service coordination, or administrative experience is an advantage
• Work Permit holders are welcome to apply

Working Arrangement

• 5-day work week with 2 Saturdays per month
