Customer Service — Food & Beverage (F&B)

Job Summary
Responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by handling customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and feedback across dine-in, phone, or digital channels (delivery apps, social media, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner (in person, by phone, or online)
• Take and process food/beverage orders accurately
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and special orders calmly and effectively
• Provide information on menu items, promotions, and pricing
• Coordinate with kitchen/service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Manage reservations and table arrangements (for dine-in outlets)
• Respond to reviews and messages on social media/delivery platforms
• Process refunds, order cancellations, or corrections per SOP
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
• Upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and service standards

Requirements

• Male
• Minimum SMA/SMK or D3 (diploma) in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, friendly, and able to handle pressure/complaints professionally
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, order/delivery apps)
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
