Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Associate to support our sales efforts while delivering an exceptional experience to both wholesale and retail customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining showroom standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding service to walk-in and phone customers, assisting with product inquiries and sales
• Receive, process, and enter customer orders accurately
• Track orders and shipments, resolving issues as needed
• Process customer and vendor returns efficiently
• Stay current on company products, promotions, and offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in flooring distribution or a similar sales environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
