CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jobs Descriptions:

• Closely monitor shipment status and coordinate all related shipping activities.
• Handle shipment bookings and coordinate booking arrangements with customers.
• Coordinate shipping documentation between customers, agents, and relevant parties.
• Verify and update shipment costs & quotations.
• Complete shipment jobs by ensuring all necessary booking, forwarding, haulage, Shipping Instruction (SI), and Bill of Lading (BL) arrangements and confirmations are properly completed.
• Prepare sales billing to the customer upon shipment completion.
• Perform any other duties and jobs as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at lease Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Logistics or any related field
• Preferably from related industries, with at least 3-5 years of experience in shipping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Must be hardworking, proactive and results-driven
