Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule deliveries
• Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and product information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and gather feedback.
• Process data entry accurately and efficiently into our systems.
