Customer Service Representative

Crown Pastries is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and package bakery products according to company standards
• Answer customer questions and assist with product selection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
• Follow food safety, health & safety, and company policies
• Work effectively with team members and support daily store operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Food Handler certification is an asset

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Crown Pastries – London

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, ON N6C 4R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
