We are looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to English-speaking customers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide customer service and technical support primarily in Engish via phone, chat, or email

✅ Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

✅ Accurately document all interactions in CRM and internal systems

✅ Follow quality standards, security policies, and operational procedures

✅ Meet or exceed KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, and Quality

✅ Escalate complex or sensitive cases following established guidelines

✅ Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude

🎓 Main Job Requirements

Language Skills (Mandatory)

• English: Advanced (B2) – REQUIRED

• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency

• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools
