Customer Service

American Freight Logistics, Inc. is a freight forwarding and NVOCC company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Input shipment files and related information into our system.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, truckers, steamship lines, and other service providers as needed.
• Assist with customer service and general office duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Freight forwarding or logistics experience is a plus.
