Customer Service

Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Customer Support & Creative Assistant to join our team in Muar. This hands-on role combines online customer service, showroom hosting, workshop facilitation, and simple space layout design. If you have a good eye for aesthetics, spatial sense, and enjoy helping customers turn houses into homes, we’d love to have you onboard!

(Training on software and design tools will be provided!)

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle online inquiries, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Showroom Hosting: Welcome walk-in customers and introduce our furniture products.
• Workshop Guide: Assist and lead DIY workshops (training provided).
• Space Layout & Consultation: Help customers visualize furniture arrangements using simple 3D layout tools (e.g., Coohom).

Requirements:

• Good Aesthetic Sense & Spatial Awareness: Passionate about home decor, interior styling, or space planning. Background in Interior Design/Spatial Design is a plus!
• Eager to Learn: Open-minded and willing to learn 3D layout software (Full training provided).
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay to comfortably interact with customers.
• Soft Skills: Friendly, approachable, and proactive.
• Availability: Able to work on weekends.

Working Hours & Off Days:

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Off Days: Off every Wednesday + 2 additional weekdays off every fortnight

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
