What they need
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (online & offline).
- Professionally handle inquiries and feedback pertaining to the company products and services from customers.
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
- Continuously identify work process improvements.
- Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager.
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Working Hours:
▶️ Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
▶️ Sat (9am to 1pm)
Sun & Public Holiday Off
**For those who is willing to work on Saturday and able to work OT will be given priority.
Venue:
▶️ Jurong East IMM [SG]
Language:
▶️ Chinese & English (Prefer Speaking & Written)
▪ No experience required
(Training will be provided)
