CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to all walk-in, online, and WhatsApp customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide detailed product consultation on wigs (style, color, fitting, maintenance, etc.)
• Follow up with customers before and after purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain long-term engagement
• Handle complaints, feedback, and after-sales service efficiently
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and coordination
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, beauty, or hair industry is an advantage
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to handle pressure
