About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers across social media and messaging channels, while also supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Handle enquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, promotions, appointments and general clinic information
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage bookings and maintain good customer relationships
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily clinic operations
• Coordinate with beauticians, doctors and the clinic team to ensure smooth customer communication and service
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving enquiries professionally
• Support promotional campaigns and other tasks assigned by management

About you

• Customer service, admin, sales or relevant experience is an advantage
• Experience in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness or healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Good communication skills and a pleasant, friendly personality
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media platforms
• Able to multitask and manage enquiries efficiently
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
