Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual for a position as a document processor and scanner. Primary responsibilities will be receiving documents from across the company, managing document packages, data entry using our file management software, accessing property information online through county portals. Additional tasks will include working with team, printing documents, and other functions relating to real estate loans and transactions. We look for an individual who is capable of high performance and function even in stressful or time sensitive situations. Most days will consist of an 8:30-5:00 day, but additional time may be required during busy times. We are a great company that has been locally owned and operated since 1980. We offer on the job training and provide opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

Handling documents, accessing computer systems, printing documents. Over time you will learn how to enter real estate transaction information in file management software.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have general computer knowledge and be able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Must be a team player and able to work well with others. Must be literate and able to compose emails and willing and capable of having phone conversations.
