About the role

鲸航贸易有限公司 is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team in Kowloon on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our Client & Sales Administration function, where you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences whilst supporting our sales and administrative operations. This position plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, directly contributing to the success and reputation of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels
• Processing customer orders, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Providing product and service information to clients to support their purchasing decisions
• Handling billing inquiries and assisting with payment-related matters
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of client databases and CRM systems
• Preparing reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review
• Representing the company professionally at all times, upholding our values and service standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a sales administration or client-facing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin) is highly desirable
• A relevant qualification or certification in customer service or administration would be advantageous
