Customer Service

• Resolve customers complaints via telephone, email, letter, or social media

• Educate customers about products and services

• Assist division head to schedule technicians field work

• Responsible for all administrative work of the assigned division

• Coordinate with external parties (customers) and internal teams (field technician)

• Record and document daily, weekly, and monthly reportsMonitor internet network quality system

  Qualifications:

·       Min. Bachelor in Any Major

·       Fresh graduates are welcome

·       Able to communicate in English, verbal and written

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suites, especially Excel

·       Thorough, friendly, and able to coordinate well with various parties

·       Willing to work shifts
