About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at WS HARDWARE (M) SDN BHD' in Pasir Mas, Kelantan. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive overall experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner
3. Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and ordering processes
4. Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure seamless customer service
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
4. Proficient in the use of computer system
5. A friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
