What they need
* *Salary*: 19,925 EGP NET (incl. 6,325 EGP KPIs)
* *Overnight Allowance*: 90 EGP per shift
* *Salary Increases*:
* 10% Increase on Basic salary after 6 Months of Hiring
* * 5% Increase on Basic salary after 1 Year of Hiring
* * 15% Increase on KPIs after 18 months of Hiring
* * 10% Increase on KPIs after 24 months of Hiring
* *Bonuses & Perks*:
* €115 Allowance/Bonus Component
* *Shifts & Days Off*:
* Rotational shifts between 3 PM & 8 AM for Males (Maximum 2 AM for Females)
* Rotational Days Off
* *Training Details*:
* Duration: 1 Week SS – 6 Weeks PK – 2 Weeks Nesting
* Training payment:100%

* Responding to and dealing with regulatory concerns, Investigative work, Dealing with sensitive topics, Resolution is policy driven with minimum room for own decisions, Following site policies, most calls involve explaining policies or processes, Evaluating appeals based on customer facts and eBay policies.
