Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through marketplace platforms and social media.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, promotions, orders, payments, and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and order-related issues.
• Respond to customers promptly, politely, and professionally.
• Follow up on customer issues until they are properly resolved.
• Coordinate with relevant teams such as Warehouse, E-Commerce, and Finance to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record and update customer service data and reports.
• Maintain a positive company image when communicating with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK); Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace.
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Good communication skills with a friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work with targets/KPIs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in shifts or according to the company’s operational schedule, if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
