Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring excellent after-sales service, handling client queries, and following up with clients from order placement until payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with clients after order placement.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
• Collect genuine feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with clients from order confirmation until payment collection.
• Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Provide clients with relevant information and support regarding company products/services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and build strong, long-term client relationships.
